Ningbo Drive Craft and Technology Inc. started construction on May 2005 in Yinzhou Investment and Business Incubation Center. The whole project occupies an area of 220,000 square meters and the total investment will be USD90,000,000. The project is divided into 3 sections for completion. So far the first section of the project is going quite well and will come into operation soon in this year. At that time, our output will reach 120,000 wheels annually. Meanwhile, we will absorb many international specialists in the aluminum manufacture industry and build a specialist building which can fit at least 100 specialists for working and researching.

The second and third section of the project will be completed in the year 2007 and 2008 respectively. We will install 15 alloy wheel production lines, 120 CPC casting machines, 90 sets of CNC machines, 5 painting lines, 8 heat treatment lines, and 15 successive melting furnaces. At the same time, all the products are exported to American and European market. We have already signed the sale contract or letter of intent with some top distributors in America. We are trying to enter OEM market and intend to establish business relationships with the car manufactories like Ford and General Motro in America, Citroen in France, Bayerische Motoren Worke and Volks Wagenwerk in Germany and Toyota in Japan. We will also enter the foreign car accessory market. After completing the second section of the project in year 2007, the annual production capacity will be 5,000,000. After completing the third section of the project, the company will come into being the scale with the annual production capacity of 10,000,000 wheels and the annual turnover of USD600,000,000.

We believe our company will be the largest investment in Chinese alloy wheel manufactory and also will be the top 5 in the world alloy wheel industry. The perspective of our company is to extend the production chain both up and down, leading to the result of a group company. The extension to the up is to solve the melting of the raw material electrolytic aluminum by ourselves. The extension to the down is to realize the export the whole set of rubber tire and wheel in 5 years.

After the whole project's completion in 2008, our company will achieve the globalization strategy and try to establish or merge some car accessory manufactories in America and Europe to form an integration of manufacturing and marketing with the development of related car accessory industry.
